As described in more detail here, the UTCS will be the basis for season awards, Age Group Rankings, Most Improved awards, Championship Belt holders, Rookies of the Year, the 2021 WALL OF FAME (everyone who does at least 3 Series races) and other swag. To qualify for any season awards, we take the average of your top 3 races

The Series includes the Daybreak Olympic distance as the 2021 State Champs, and you will not want to miss the party that new RD Perry Hacker of USTrisports will be hosting on June 5th!

The State Champs is open to all abilities and experience levels. There will also be a non-state champ sprint distance option available that same day. The State Champ venue will continue to rotate annually as it has since 2018, and we hope you'll get out and support this endeavor on the local scene.

Once again, here are links to all the races in the 2023 Championship Series:

Support the local scene, get out and race, and bring a friend!

If you can't race, get out and volunteer!

We started a Patreon account (link below) with the hope of raising a few bucks towards awards & swag for athletes of all abilities in our tri community. We've given out a lot over the past 5 years, but would like to continue to expand our offerings & the volume we can do.

If you enjoy Utah Tri Buzz and would like to pitch in, any amount would be greatly appreciated... (there may be something in it for you as well!)

We're also always grateful for talented people who contribute in terms of time... let us know if you'd like to be part of the Utah Tri Buzz team.
