Based on Ironman.com's prelim start list, it appears that all 50 states and a slew of countries will be represented at St. George on May 2nd. As you might expect, Utah stands atop the list (558 participants), joined on the podium by California (443) and Colorado (145).
Here's a quick summary of all the Utah athletes on the start list. Since Idaho is participating in our fun "Ironman St. George County Competition," we've included ID athletes as well
(to anyone out there who is just learning about this and wants to be included, let us know! The more the merrier).
Happy training, and don't forget to dust off the race rust at Ice Breaker (March 21) and/or The ULO (April 18)!

We started a Patreon account (link below) with the hope of raising a few bucks towards awards & swag for athletes of all abilities in our tri community. We've given out a lot over the past 3 years, but would like to continue to expand our offerings & the volume we can do.
If you enjoy Utah Tri Buzz and would like to pitch in, any amount would be greatly appreciated... (there may be something in it for you as well!)
